Event Search / Registration Broken

I use "advanced search", and put in event type is miniatures.

It brings up 720 results, 16 pages worth.

I can only ever view the first page (all of Wednesday and a little bit of Thursday). If I hit next page, it shows the same events. If I hit a number (like page 5 or whatever), it shows the same results. If I hit last page, it shows the same results. No matter what I do, it just shows the first page of results.

I'm 90% sure I ran into this same bug last year; if not, I'm experiencing an unusually powerful case of deja vu.

Hi there -

You're the second person with this issue today, which tells me its a local system thing rather than a global thing. None of us here at the office can re-create the problem, and we use the multiple pages all the time. So, allow me to ask you a few questions, and maybe we can get to the bottom of this.

What system are you using, and what browser?

The other person today who had this problem is a Linux user. Do you use Linux?

I have a difficult time believing the problem has anything to do with my end.

Here are the URLs for the first 3 pages that come up when searching for Event Category is Miniature. As you can see, the last portion of the URL strings has the requested page number. If the results aren't changing (which they're not), that would seem to be because your server is returning incorrect results, rather than my client doing anything wrong.

I hear what you're saying, but the issue is happening to you, and not to everyone. When I click on those links, I get three different pages - all of my testers are getting the same as I am.

So its either your system, or how our system is interacting with your system.

hello,

I am getting the same issue. I tried searching for 'rogue' (for Rogue Cthulhu games) and it comes back with 4 pages, but each page is the same.

Also, when I go to add events to my badge it lists all the events from last year as well as my current events. I already got my confirmation email listing that I correctly got my events for this year so far, but it does make things a bit confusing when trying to use it as reference for what times I have free. here's a screen capture of what I'm talking about: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v389/CarverLlewis/registration.jpg

I'm using Vista Home Premium 32 bit with Firefox 2.0.0.14 if that's any help.

I had the same problem too but clearing my browser cache helped. Unfortunately I lost my shopping cart and events that became sold out while I was clicking.
