Level 1 Sponsorship

As our partner you will receive . . .  

  1.    A four-booth peninsula at Origins Game Fair 2009, being 20 feet on a side, with three faces ($4,080);
  2.    Availability to purchase up to four more booths at the current rate, booth extensions must be purchased with sponsorship to guarantee they are attached to original booth;
  3.    One full-color, full-page advertisement in each of the Origins Game Fair 2009 Program Books ($1,500), camera ready ad copy due to GAMA by  March 8, 2009 for the Pre-Reg Book (PDF) and May 8, 2009 for the On-Site Book;
  4.    Up to eight total exhibitor badges, if desired ($150).  Badge request forms must be submitted to GAMA by May 15, 2009;
  5.    Official Sponsor listing in the Origins Program Books, including your company’s short blurb ($1,000);
  6.    Logo (120x60) on the Origins Website Homepage, with a link.  Only higher-level sponsors will receive better positioning. Please submit Logo with contract; 
  7.    Priority Consideration for events run or sanctioned by Sponsor.  For instance, only Sponsors may schedule events during the blackout period. The blackout period is the final two hours the Exhibit Hall is open each day. Events must be submitted by January 30, 2009, contact events@gama.org for submission guidelines;
  8.    Priority Placement in the Exhibit Hall based on date this contract is executed.  Only higher-level sponsors and Pay-to-Stay exhibitors will receive better positioning; 
  9.    Sponsor may place one promotional item into the Origins giveaway bag, which goes to all attendees. Product due to ARC Industries (GAMA’s contractor) by May 15, 2009. ($750);
  10.    GAMA will provide a full color 11”x17” sign for sponsor’s booth showing it to be an Origins Game Fair sponsor;
  11.    One complimentary Parking Pass for a large vehicle in the Convention Center loading dock area ($100);

  3.    Three full-color, full-page advertisements in each of the Origins Game Fair 2009 Program Books ($4,500), camera ready ad copy due to GAMA by  March 8, 2009 for the Pre-Reg Book (PDF) and May 8, 2009 for the On-Site Book;
  4.    Up to 24 total exhibitor badges ($300), if desired.  Badge request forms must be submitted to GAMA by May 15, 2009;

Publications ($5,000);
