If you're in the media and you need information, press passes, story ideas, or help coordinating live on-site coverage, please call John Kaufeld, the Origins Media Maven, at 260-312-0562. If you get voice mail during the day, John will reply to you within one hour. You can also email John at pr@gama.org. He checks email regularly during the show, so expect a reply within 4 hours.
On-site badge pick-up
If you pre-registered as press for the show, you can pick up your badge in the Press Room when it's open, or at the Special Services Desk if the Press Room is closed.

You can find this year's Origins Game Fair Press Room in C120. The Press Room hours are:
* Wednesday -- closed
* Thursday -- 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
* Friday -- 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
* Saturday - 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
* Sunday - 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Complimentary lunch is served Thursday through Sunday at 11:30 a.m.
On-site press registration
Coming down to the show and want to register for your press badge on-site? We're glad to help! Bring your credentials and photo ID to the Special Services desk at main registration any time during regular registration hours.
Valid press badge credentials include:
* press pass issued by a major media outlet (newspaper, magazine, radio station, TV station, web site, podcasting site, etc.)
* business card in your name as a reporter from a major media outlet
* URL of an article or podcast that you created within the last six months
* assignment letter on a media outlet's letterhead showing that you're covering Origins
