Submissions Deadlines - Please read carefully!

If you would like your game to be considered for the 35th Annual Origins Awards in 2009, it must be submitted and shipped on or before

DECEMBER 15, 2008

Submissions will not be accepted after December 15, 2008. There will be no exceptions.

Origins Awards Travelling Road Show

Games submitted will be added to the Origins Awards Travelling Road Show as they are received.

Submitting your product:

Please fill out and submit the form below once for EACH product submission. Within two business days of submission, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your submission has been received.

In addition to filling out the form below you will need to ship us the following:

8 Copies of the Product
Images of the Title and Cover Logo
Image of Company Logo

All images should be included on a CD and clearly labeled "Origins Awards Images [Name of Comany] [Name of Product]"

Images should be in 300dpi and be in .JPG or .PSD format.

In order to keep track of all the products being received, when your products ship, please send an e-mail to Tammy Patterson, Academy Secretary at academysecretary@gama.org. Please title the e-mail [35th Annual Origins Awards Submissions] and include tracking information, a list of what is to be received and how many boxes were shipped.  Tammy will reply with a confirmation e-mail when the shipment is recieved.
